Wash Your Butt!!/Update

So I have a house guest who has been here for a substantial amount of time....meaning more than 3 months (argh!!! that's a whooooooooole 'nother blog!) and her nasty, nasty self has not taken a shower HERE except for ONE time and I do mean ONE! She claims she takes showers when she gets to work? Okay this would make sense if she went to work (she works at a hotel so it's plausible) in her pj's..but NO she leaves fully clothed, suite on, briefcase in hand....I'm just so puzzled.  As a woman you should try your best to look and smell good.

As I get older, I care more and more about my appearance.  And I'm not dating anyone right now so all the work I put into me is just for me. I love looking and smelling good! I wash my hair like everyday because with this constant working out mixed with natural air, I cannot go around smelling like old grease mixed with sweat lol...so how does a woman go w/out showering.  We all can admit (if we are honest) that we have those lazy days where we will take a shower very late in the day but to miss out completely on washing yo...


Ok! I'm done with that because I almost threw up!

Update on my life....

I'm BUSY! And I like it.  Starting some new projects and making connections and losing weight! Finally found a workout dvd that I like and I'm thinking about buying one of those sauna suits! But I will NOT go out the house in that mess lol. It's for home-bound workouts only hehehhehe. I am losing this weight and it excites me! With my bf reaching an 80lb weight loss goal, I am re-motivated.  This journey just got interesting....
