An Answered Prayer!

So as you know, I've been looking for a job.  Not just any job but a career oriented job.  Well God is SO good. I found one. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!  I start today but just wanted to share the good news.  SO excited.  I found out Feb 3 that I got the job but I wrote this letter (pasted below) a few days prior because I just knew God was going to come through.  I think I'm finally starting to understand this faith thing....

Dear Lord,

I know you have nothing to prove to me but 2010 was ROUGH and I was praying for relieeeef.  I applied to a lot of jobs, maybe not as many as I should have but I was holding out.  Why? Because you are a faithful God and you can do anything and everything I could ever imagine.  I learned so many lessons though so I am thankful for that time of correction and identifying of purpose.

But today, I want to say thank you.  Thank you SO big God.  This is the type of thing that you specialize in.  I was praying and trying to fast (sorry), but in the end, all I had to do was trust in you.  You allowed all the pieces to fall into place for me to get this career oriented job!   From the beginning you had this all set up.  And I’m so excited to do my best, show them you, show them excellence.  You got me here, and now I need you to keep me here.  This job will be challenging but I need it to push me to become stronger, better, and just more of who I know I am deep down but have been afraid to let shine. 

God you are amazing!
